• The price covers decoration services, d

  elivery, setup, and breakdown fees. 

• All prices include delivery within a 25-mile radius, but sales tax is not included in the listed price.

• Clients can select from a Red, White, Pink, or Blue 8ft x 8ft Heart-Shaped Silk  Flower Wall 

• If clients prefer not to use a heart flower wall, they may choose any one of our available arches or flower walls.

• One piece of Luxuriously Decorated White Wavy Stage.

• Large "Will you Marry Me?" white LED neon light.

• Oversized 6 feet tall and 4 feet wide Marry Me Panel Letters with LED lights.

• VIP Style Red Carpet 

• Choice of one of six 5 feet tall Pearl & Gold Floor Candelabras 

• One speaker box for music 

• "I love you" balloons (clients can keep these).

• Faux flower rose petals 

• Two flute glasses (clients can keep these).

• Fresh flowers for the engaged client (the client can keep these).

•  Complimentary chair  from NESI EVENT RENTALS for the newly engaged person to sit and show off their new engagement ring and rest their feet. 

• Location of the client’s choice. Please note that we will need sufficient space for all decoration items.

• For locations outside of Baltimore County, please contact NESI EVENT RENTALS beforehand as additional fees will apply for traveling.  

• Clients are responsible for booking their own hotel, Airbnb, or venue.

• Clients are accountable for any park fees, permits, and hotel parking fees that are associated with their chosen location for setting up proposals. 

• Clients must communicate all details with NESI EVENT RENTALS prior to the event date.

• Clients may use the recommended photographer from NESI EVENT RENTALS (clients pay the photographer directly for their services). 

• Please inform NESI EVENT RENTALS of the desired start and finish times for your event. 

• The Marriage Proposal package must be booked and fully paid at least 30 days in advance of the event date (NO EXCEPTIONS).

• Marriage Proposals package includes up to 8 hours (which encompasses setup and breakdown time; setup can take between 3 to 4 hours), depending on the venue location. 

• Please note: During the online booking process, the system will offer only one option to book the event time up to 8 hours, which includes setup and breakdown time.

• Rest assured, if the displayed start and end times do not fit your needs, please discuss the exact times required.

Once you confirm the times that work best for you (no earlier than 9:00 AM, no later than 11:45 PM), we will ensure that the correct timings are reflected in your contract.
